as we prep for NEARLY 4 conventions in a row its no easy feat.
Acrylic pins came in yesterday as well, We will create an update with more inperson pics in our NEXT update which will be in MID-LATE MAY. 

Why Mid-Late May, to begin shipping?

We only have mere days between each convention, some are fully booked with medical appointments in-between or for HP working days then a flight/travel day right after meaning 0 rest for both of us as we have to restock for the next convention.. then back on an airplane/car.. especially in airports in these difficult times we have to prepare a lot more than usual meaning there wouldn't be any spare time for anyone to do anything else.

So after FWA, We will probably take a week or two to rest re-coop then start on shipping, As one of us is disabled this is necessary or it can cause a lot more health complications slowing down the shipping processes.

Previously we used Backerkits methods.. and its lead us terribly.. We are now mainly and manually going through EACH backers profile, copying each address. Packing, importing to our shipping site and printing each label, 

This is something we didn't want to resort to but Backerkit's system has caused us a lot of trouble, not exporting .csv's right for our shipping program (duplicating names/labels), this process is going to take so long and grueling but its what's needed because.. we don't want to be overspending hundreds of dollars on labels.. Especially for a high amount of backers. We want to ensure that everyone gets a tracking number, and ontime shipping that doesn't disappear.

IF ANY CREATOR CAN HELP US FIND ANOTHER WAY PLEASE LET US KNOW!
 It would help us a ton!

We apologize about this delay and further shipping delay, its been a really rough road for this decision about how to handle shipping but after Lucky Mythicals long long wait we don't want the same mistakes to be repeated.

With a lot less pins than Lucky Mythicals we hopefully will be able to ship a lot faster as well (yay), and stickers we should be able to get them going  faster once we start.

For those who had the $20 leftover credit : I talked to backerkit and that should be already refunded!

I'm waiting on the Acrylic pins which should be shipping to me soon as they are in the "construction" phase? thats what the company told me anyways.

Not much of an update, since the pins are with an larger order the production will take longer, I'll post updated when I get them thank you for your patience and understanding!

Good news everyone!

Pins including the Minis have been ordered! I'm getting slow progress of the spec sheets right as we speak, it was a bit more than expected so we went a bit overbudget (underestimated the 2.5 sizing pricing) but its okay we were able to cover the costs. 

Besides the Acrylic pin everything else is paid for, so thank you so much. If I get some production photos I'll be sure to update as we get to them. So thank you so so much for the patience and understanding!
